Objective
Unconscious biases often encompass negative views that we are not consciously aware of, do not acknowledge, or deny. These biases can be based on a person's gender, age, race, disability status, or various other characteristics. Combating unconscious biases will lay the foundation for a fairer, more inclusive, and ultimately more successful future, not only in the workplace but for all of humanity. In this training, we address topics such as what unconscious biases are, how they form, their negative effects on employees and brands, and what can be done to prevent them.
